All prices listed on this website are subject to confirmation. Kit Ezi will notify you by email if the confirmed price of an item you have selected differs from the price listed on the website or on your purchase order.
Acceptance of this order implies an acceptance of Kitezi.com.au Pty.Ltd. terms and conditions
The customer recognises that payment is deemed as acceptance of the order.
The customer recognises that the accumulation of any expenses in relation to the order must be payed for if the order is cancelled or returned. The customer recognises that items listed on this Sales Order (shopping cart) will be the only goods supplied.
Manufacture variations from standard product will not be accepted with online product.
The customer recognises that production from Kitezi.com.au Pty.Ltd. will not commence until all information is received in relation to that order therefore due dates will be extended.
The customer agrees full payment must be received before full or part orders are produced. A storage fee at 3% of the sales order (shopping cart) value will be charged on all orders not delivered or picked up within 14 days of notification of order completion. The specifications include this contract which contains the whole agreement between Kitezi.com.au Pty. Ltd. and the customer. Work methods and material used will correspond with sample product displayed in showrooms, brochures, catalogues and samples. The customer acknowledges that they are aware of the specifications of the product and the design.
The customer recognises that the products supplied by Kitezi.com.au Pty. Ltd. will comply with all relevant Australian Standards when used in the purpose for which the product was intended.
Kitezi.com.au Pty.Ltd. provides a 5 year limited warranty on all cabinetry. All other warranties are as per manufacturers specifications. Kitezi.com.au Pty. Ltd. reserves the right to make minor modifications and or production improvements in comparison to the products displayed without notice to the customer.
Kitezi.com.au Pty. Ltd. Will provide the product to the best of it’s ability to meet the stated delivery dates. In the case of unforeseen delay Kitezi.com.au Pty. Ltd. will not be held responsible, but will agree on an alternative date with the customer. On receipt or collection of the product, the risk of any loss or damage is that of the customer.
Kitezi.com.au Pty. Ltd shall not be responsible for any loss or damage in respect of any part of the product supplied arising out of or associated with any such installation of product or appliances by the customer or other parties. The customer accepts that should an item ordered not be available Kitezi.com.au Pty.Ltd. has the right to supply one of equal or better quality.
Customers must be at place of delivery to receive goods. The customer recognises that due to the size of the items supplied all communications and times must be adhered to. Additional Fees will be charged if delivery is impeded by customer at drivers discression.
